Everything I know about leadership can be summarized by the following two quotes.
Leadership is about service, not power.
You serve and care for the team, who can then serve and care for the customer.
The leader’s job is not to make all the decisions. It’s to create an environment where others feel safe to make decisions.
No one person has all the answers. The best we can do is to surround ourselves with diverse talented, ethical and high-energy individuals and empower them to make decisions.
